J. The total cost of the project for the construction of the rental house at Kuperjanovi 12 is EUR 1.44 million (the exact amount is EUR 1 443 885.72), of which EUR 652 260 was covered by the Kredex investment grant for the development of the housing fund for local authorities, the other half of the necessary amount was provided from the municipality's budget.

J. Kuperjanovi 12, Valga municipality offers rental apartments for mobile private and public sector employees.

A mobile worker is a person who changes his/her place of residence due to the location of his/her workplace or a change in it, i.e. the apartments in a municipally owned rental house are intended for professionals living and working in Valga or living and working in Valga municipality.

Possibility to rent partially furnished apartments with all amenities in a newly renovated historical building at J. Kuperjanovi 12, Valga. The offer includes 1-3room apartments, rented for 3-6 euros mt.2.

 

Terms and conditions

  • You can apply for an apartment if you have settled and work in Valga municipality or live and work in Valga municipality.
  • The rental contract is concluded for the duration of the employment relationship.
  • The tenant must pay a deposit of one month's rent in advance to the landlord before the rental contract is signed, in order to guarantee the claims arising from the contract.
